Please allow 2 full working days for any repeat prescription (excluding Weekend & Bank holiday) which must be requested in writing to prevent mistakes. Staff are not allowed to accept prescription requests over the telephone for the same reason. Please check your prescription before leaving the surgery!
If you need your repeat prescription to posted back, please send a self addressed stamped envelope along with your written request.
You may wish to arrange your repeat prescription to be collected & delivered by your local Chemist.
Alternatively you may request for prescription online and it can be send to you designated chemist electronically.
