Health & Safety Matters

PRAMS & Bicycles are not allowed inside the surgery to prevent injury to others.

Please do not bring pets inside the Surgery.

Parents Should ensure the safety & hygiene of children using the toilet & diapers should be taken home for disposal.

No Smoking Policy: Thank you for not smoking in the surgery & car park.

Comments, Suggestions & Complaints

We welcome any suggestions to improve our service which can be put in writing or verbally if you prefer. We hope that our professionalism and service will seldom present you with any reason to complain, but if you do make a complaint, we will do our best to deal with the complaint quickly & fairly.

Zero Tolerance

The practice will not tolerate any physical or verbal abuse, under and circumstances. Staff will call the police immediately after any such incident leading to immediate removal from the practice list.

What you can do for us

  • Please do not threaten or abuse staff
  • One appointment is for one person only. Please do not ask others to be seen during the same appointment
  • Please do not insist on a home visit when you can come to the surgery where there are better facilities for examination and treatment
  • You share responsibility for your own health so please look after yourself with a healthy lifestyle. Please consult our Practice Nurse

What the Practice will do for you

  • Treat you with courtesy and respect at all times without exception
  • Try to see babies and young children on the same day an appointment is requested. It is safe to bring ill babies & children to surgery to be seen quickly
