Total Triage Starting 28th August 2025 Fryerns Medical Centre

From 28th August 2025, Fryerns Medical Centre will be moving to a Total Triage system.

This means all patient requests — including appointments, medical advice, and admin queries (including sick notes) — must be submitted online first unless you do not have the access to submit an online form.

A clinician will review your request and direct you to the most appropriate care.
